House of the Gorgon is often utilized by criminal enterprises and syndicates, especially around moving goods and dealing with situations that require knowledge and specialties in drugs and mutations. A House whose repo work is regarded as some of the finest and most efficient. Eidolons from the House of the Gorgon, for better or worse, are often known for being chem junkies and pushing the boundaries on body modification through cybernetics and gene tailoring.

The Hydra and Its Many Heads:
The Hydra started his work in the megacity of Bogota, a master in the drug arts. He was quick to be picked up by the Red Saffron syndicate and given his own labs to concoct some of the most powerful pharmaceuticals on the streets today. Within his labs, the Hydra took to the study of both cybernetic modification and genetic mutation of humans and animals alike. He began to develop a slew of augmentations that would be put to use by Red Saffron's security forces. The Hydra was single-handedly one of the greatest forces in launching Red Saffron to prominence as a worldwide syndicate.

However, for all the success that the Hydra found within Red Saffron, his ambitions were larger, and his desire to push on the edges of humanity drove him to flee the syndicate. He managed to slip out of several assassination attempts by the syndicate and eventually established a secret lab in São Paulo. It was there he first began to explore the concepts of single-consciousness syncing, in which one consciousness cognitively synced with what he called an Empty Vessel. Some years later, he declared to the world his breakthrough and the possibility for a single consciousness to be present in multiple bodies at the same time. Though he won much fame, he also found himself back on the radar of Red Saffron, who, three weeks later, hung his body from the doors of his laboratory, brutally mauled.

It was baffling then, when the hydra emerged again in Shanghai, as the leader of a new House, the House of the Gorgan. Sightings of the Hydra have been reported in cities worldwide, sometimes at the same time. The House of the Gorgon, like the Hydra himself, has popped up throughout the cities of Earth, each led personally by the Hydra himself.

Eidolons of the House of the Gorgon, like its founder, are dedicated to pushing the human experience and form to its very edges. They are known for embracing heavy genetic mutations and cybernetics, as well as indulging liberally in the use of pharmaceuticals. The House is often referred to as the House of Freaks, a name the House embraces and is even happy to accept.

The House of the Gorgon is the go-to House for repo work, as most of its Eidolons have a knack for detecting and working with the cybernetics and mutated organs that need reclamation. It has also gained a reputation for handling and smuggling illegal pharmaceuticals and playing a substantial role in many syndicate smuggling pipelines. The House of the Gorgon is a tenacious and slippery House that, even when defeated, has a way of coming back stronger and more menacing than before.
